End dumps and bottom dumps both move bulk material, but they unload differently. An end dump raises the tub and handles rock, demolition, and mixed loads. A bottom dump releases material through gates underneath while moving, which spreads road base and aggregate in a windrow.
End dumps need a level spot and overhead clearance to tip. Bottom dumps unload quickly but work best with free-flowing material and can't dump over an edge. Choose based on the material and the sites you deliver to.
