New 2026 International HV607 snow plow dump truck, upfit and ready for winter work. A Cummins L9 diesel with 330 HP and 1,000 lb-ft of torque, an Allison six-speed automatic, a stainless steel dump body with cab shield, a front-mounted snow plow and an arm-style tarp system. The hoist and plow controls and a camera monitor are already installed in the cab.

This is a complete plow truck, not a chassis waiting on an upfit. It is built for municipal plow routes, public works departments, road contractors and snow removal operations that need a truck on the road this season, and it keeps earning as a dump truck once the plow comes off in spring.

Why this configuration works

• Stainless steel body. Road salt and brine eat through painted carbon steel. Stainless resists that corrosion, and the same body hauls stone, asphalt millings and fill in the off-season.
• Allison automatic. The 3500 RDS six-speed shifts on its own through stop-and-go plowing, so the driver's hands stay on the wheel and the plow and hoist controls.
• Traction where it counts. A Meritor 26,000 lb rear axle with a driver-controlled locking differential and a 5.13 ratio puts power down on packed snow and slick grades.
• Maneuverable size. A single-axle 4x2 on a 160-inch wheelbase is easier to maneuver than a tandem, which matters on residential streets, cul-de-sacs and parking lots.
• Cold-start ready. A 120V engine block heater, heated windshield and heated mirrors cover the early-morning call-outs.
